BURLINGTON, Iowa - Services for Brent William Hill, 42, of Seneca, S.C., formerly of Burlington, will be 1 p.m. Thursday at StacyLewis Funeral Home, Columbus Junction. Burial will be in Columbus City Cemetery.
 
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday.
 
Mr. Hill died Feb. 20 at his home.
 
StacyLewis Funeral Home, Columbus Junction, Iowa, is in charge of arrangements.
 
He married Virginia Bertrand. He married Barbie Jackson in 1992.
 
He graduated from Burlington High School in 1970. He attended Southeastern Community College, University of Iowa and TriCounty College, Anderson, S.C.
 
He was baptized in the Methodist church. He was an accomplished musician and played bass guitar in many local bands including Clutch Cargo and Fanatix.
 
A memorial fund has been established for his children in lieu of flowers.
 
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Abby Hill; a son, Holland, all of Seneca; his parents, Roger Hill and Marva Gilkey Hill; brothers, Breydn and Bryan, all of Burlington, and a sister, Brenda Hill, Marietta, Ga.
